The Shakespeare Hospice provides compassionate care and support to people across South Warwickshire facing life-limiting illness. Every year, our services support hundreds of people through diagnosis, treatment, survivorship and bereavement.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Digital & Campaigns Income Lead to drive income growth through digital fundraising, data insight and integrated campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a strategic and hands-on fundraising professional who is passionate about using digital channels and data analytics to generate sustainable income for the Hospice, ensuring that campaigns, supporter journeys and messaging convert engagement into measurable fundraising income.
This is a key role in the Income Generation Team. You will have experience of delivering successful digital fundraising or income generation campaigns, and you will be confident using data, testing and performance analysis to optimise return on investment and continually improve results. As well as bringing CRM skills, you will also be proficient in the use of a range of digital tools, including Google Analytics, MS software, Adobe Indesign and Canva.
You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with colleagues to ensure integrated supporter experiences generate trust, loyalty and sustained income growth. Your work will help ensure that more people and families across South Warwickshire can access compassionate hospice care when they need it most.
