The Shakespeare Hospice is seeking an experienced HR & Volunteer Manager to join the People & Workforce Team.

This part-time role will modernise our people and volunteer processes and enhance the volunteer programme to keep us an employer and volunteer organisation of choice.

You will provide expert HR guidance, lead recruitment and onboarding, support wellbeing, and develop data-driven insights while ensuring compliant, streamlined practices across the organisation.
