Shakespeare’s Globe is looking for a Youth Theatre and Learning Manager to join our Education team on a fixed-term basis.

The role sits within the Learning team and focuses on operations and leadership rather than direct delivery of sessions by freelancers.

The successful candidate will oversee weekly Saturday sessions for c.200 young people and lead a small team of staff, ensuring high-quality provision and strong governance within a busy education programme.
