The role

The Higher Education Coordinator will provide administrative, organisational, and customer‑service support for activities across the Higher Education team.

This will include working cross‑departmentally both within Education and throughout the Globe to ensure successful delivery of events and acting as a company manager for a number of courses.

• Company manage our Higher Education groups, ensuring participants are well supported throughout our courses with their educational needs and pastoral care.
• Support the booking processes across all activities to ensure that successful bookings are made and managed according to the needs of the department.
• Support in the preparation and re‑setting of spaces for lectures, workshops, and scene rehearsals.

This may include the provision of hospitality, technical support, props, and handouts.

• Liaise with freelancers, theatre professionals, and visiting speakers relating to the planning and delivery of courses and events.
• Provide logistical and operational support to delivery teams as required to support the changing day‑to‑day operation.

• Professional, customer‑focused approach ensuring promotion of education work.
• Strong organisational skills with proven ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload.
• Strong administrative skills with a good working knowledge of Windows‑based software (particularly Excel); some familiarity with digital meeting platforms (e. g., Zoom or Teams) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people at all levels.
• Customer‑focused with a professional approach to tasks.
• A supportive team member and good team worker.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• A knowledge of how education organisations function.
• The ability to respond rapidly and effectively to changing situations.
• A creative individual with a passion for Theatre and/or the Arts.
