The Sessions House is seeking a friendly and reliable Front of House Manager. As our Front of House Manager, you will be the face of the venue, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and impeccable service. This is a dynamic, part-time position perfect for someone who takes pride in operational excellence. We run a range of events from weddings & private parties, to wine tastings, afternoon teas and more. Most events happen in the evenings and on weekends, however, hours will vary depending on event requirements, therefore, applicants must be flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Meet and greet customers upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming impression.
- F&B Service: Provide table service for food and drink, as well as bar service.
- Leadership: Manage other team members during shifts.
- Event Support: Oversee event set-up and pack-down.
- Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties and complete opening and closing checklists to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Previous bar and food service experience is required.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and hardworking.
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Age: Must be 21.
