We are hiring a friendly & approachable Barista / Bartender to manage the day-to-day operations across our café and bar service. This part-time role requires a willingness to be flexible, serving coffee, alcohol service, and basic social media marketing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coffee, alcohol & food service: Prepare and serve coffee and alcoholic drinks, and serve food items.
- Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Take orders, and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Social Media: Create and post regular updates to the café’s social media accounts.
- Inventory: Perform regular stock counts and monitor supply levels.
- Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation in all guest and work areas.
- Compliance: Ensure the responsible service of alcohol and adherence to food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is essential for this role
- Bar experience is beneficial, but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Organisational skills for stock management
