We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to develop and deliver our marketing activity from concept through to execution. This is a broad, end-to-end role that works closely with Tenders, Sales, Business Development, Design and Product, playing a key part in supporting commercial objectives and driving sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will bring several years' experience within a manufacturing or B2B environment and will have operated across a range of marketing disciplines, potentially within a small or developing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a capable marketing generalist who is ready to take the next step in their career. While the role does not initially involve line management, there is clear potential for progression as the function continues to evolve.
The Role:
- Manage, refine and continuously improve marketing processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with in-house graphic designers to deliver high-quality sales and marketing collateral.
- Oversee website development, performance monitoring and analytics.
- Develop clear, compelling copy across both online and offline channels.
- Plan and deliver social media content and integrated campaigns.
- Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan.
- Design and implement proactive marketing strategies targeting defined customer segments and market categories.
- Monitor competitor activity and wider market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Plan, execute and evaluate direct and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation activity and provide qualified leads to the sales team.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows and events.
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
- Demonstrated interest and experience within a B2B marketing environment.
- Strong creative judgement with excellent attention to detail and organisational capability.
- Highly proficient copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging and persuasive content.
- A strong interest in visual communication, social media and integrated marketing campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of key social media platforms and their application in a B2B context.
- Confident in proposing new ideas, with a resilient and self-motivated approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of delivery.
