The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven sales representatives to become a part of our team and help in protecting families across the nation with various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped commission being paid daily.

Part-Time Agent: 15-20 hours per week and have the potential to make $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.

Full Time Agent: 30-35 hours per week and have the potential to make $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.

Agency Owners are able to generate a system-driven income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year. There is opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they choose to do so. This allows agents to create passive income for themselves and build a legacy for their family.
