PURPOSE OF JOB

As a Supervisor of a pub, your primary role is to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment.

You will be responsible for managing the staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of the pub staff, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
