Clinical Team support from our Senior Clinicians and Clinical Leads

About Us: We’re Self Space, a contemporary mental health service offering a good conversation with a qualified person. We support individuals and some of the most progressive, industry-leading global companies to reach their potential. Since 2017, we’ve been making therapy more accessible and creating a space where people can take care of their mental health before they hit crisis mode. Now, we’re on a mission to be on every high street in the world. Bold? Absolutely. But we believe it’s possible to shift the culture around mental health to something that feels more normal and less… heavy. With 5 sites across London and growing we’re looking for brilliant therapists to join our mission to make therapy accessible to all. We mean no waiting lists, no long faffy assessments — just good therapy there and then.

Our Values matter a lot to us:

  • Clients First: We put clients at the centre of everything we do.
  • Radical Compassion: We lead with empathy and kindness.
  • Name it: We say what needs saying, even when it’s tough.
  • Keep the edge: Be bold. Disrupt and challenge the norm, but with love.
  • Look after you: We take care of ourselves seriously as someone we love.
  • Grit: Perseverance and passion. We know what it takes to shift culture.

Role Outline:
