Who we are looking for: Family and Systemic Psychotherapists with 3 years post-qualification experience. We are especially interested in those with psychosexual training and those applicants who are able to work weekends. This is for in-person work based in one of our London sites (Greenwich, Soho, Kings Cross, Spitalfields, Borough). We’re prioritising candidates who can work in our Greenwich location.
Role Outline:
- To provide Family Therapy within the Self Space framework.
- To be interested in forming & supervising a trainee reflecting team.
- To provide the highest standard of in-person short and long-term interventions.
- To be digitally competent and administratively rigorous across note keeping, and diary management.
- To have your own regular supervision external to us.
- To have the capacity to work autonomously within BACP, HCPC, UKCP and other recognised ethical frameworks.
- Liaising with other professionals to ensure safety and wellbeing of our clients.
- Supporting us to continuously improve the quality of our service and safeguarding high standards of care.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Accredited with appropriate regulatory/governing body (HCPC, BACP etc.).
- Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Risk management and working in partnership with relevant organisations to manage risk issues.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of working with safeguarding issues.
- Have proof of Public Liability Insurance and ICO registration.
- Have extensive experience of working with IT systems e.g. emails and booking systems.
- Ability to challenge outdated and rigid approaches to therapy whilst upholding the highest clinical standards.
- Ability to be versatile and flexible in your approach to therapy.
- Current Enhanced Children and Adult DBS Clearance (or be willing to undergo this).
- A desire to shift the culture around mental health and be a part of something at the forefront of that.
