Goods In Coordinator Shropshire £30-35k Hours: - Monday to Thursday 7.00am – 4.00pm, Friday 7.00am – 12 00pm. My client is an established and very successful manufacturing company. Key responsibilities and duties: - •Unloading of vehicles and checking parts vs delivery notes. •Booking In goods, printing labels with month allocation colours. •Updating supplier schedules with deliveries booked in. •Confirming delivery slots with suppliers. •Supporting suppliers with delivery queries. •Ensure the goods-in area is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards, as well as IATF standards. •Controlling consumable stock including laser gas, oil, chemicals, etc. •Controlling and monitoring customer packaging and empty pallets. •Expediting purchase orders. •Stock accuracy and stock checks on a daily/weekly basis, and/or as requested. •Recording & locating all part pallets, part coils and laser off cuts back into stores. •Using the labelled racking to locate by customer. •Liaise with suppliers, delivery drivers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and issues. •Assist with continuous improvement of goods-in, including environmental aspects in line with ISO accreditation.
