Are you an experienced Welder / Fabricator looking for a better work-life balance and a role that offers genuine variety? Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a mix of production batch work and bespoke one-off projects, giving you the chance to utilise and develop your fabrication and welding skills across a wide range of interesting engineering work.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 07:00am - 5:15pm. No Friday working. 39 hours per week.
The Role
As a Welder / Fabricator, you'll be involved in a diverse range of engineering projects, including:
- MIG and TIG welding
- Fabrication from technical drawings
- Batch production welding
- Bespoke and one-off fabrication work
- Working with a variety of materials and components
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
- Fabrication experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with both production and bespoke fabrication work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong commitment to quality and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
Desirable Skills:
- Experience welding - Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium
- Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
Additional Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport if commuting from outside the local area
- You must currently reside in the UK
- Full Right to Work in the UK is required
