This successful company has built a reputation on quality of service from start to finish. Due to increased and sustained business, they are now seeking 2 additional Designers to join their existing teams. Both opportunities will be site-based, so you must be able to commute to their offices daily, which are located North of Central Northampton towards Wellingborough.

Graphic Designer

Working within a fast-moving Agency environment, you will work closely with the wider team including fellow Designers and Project Managers to produce high-quality design work.

Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

  • Taking projects from concept through to completion.
  • Preparing files for production and ensuring artwork is accurate and well organised.
  • Development of visual concepts across a range of projects.
  • Producing and amending design artwork across print and digital.
  • Making design amends and refinements in response to feedback.
  • Organising and managing design files, assets, and templates.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across different projects.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues and partners.
  • Contributing ideas and helping improve how we work.
  • Occasional site visits in the UK and abroad.

Requirements:

  • Fully Mac literate in all the Adobe packages.
  • Prior commercial experience working on both Print (Ideally large format) and Digital briefs.
  • Full driving licence and valid passport.

Presentation Designer

As a Presentation Designer, the successful creative will play a key role in shaping how ideas are communicated across pitches, proposals, client presentations, and internal documents. You will work alongside other Designers and Project Managers as well as the wider team to bring clarity, polish, and creativity to every presentation you are responsible for, helping elevate the way the clients' stories are told across global projects.

You will work from early concept through to final delivery, gaining hands-on experience and developing new skills as you go, all within a fast-paced creative studio environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their presentation or design career who has curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow. You will be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, ask questions, and take increasing ownership over time.

Responsibilities overview:

  • Designing presentations for client pitches, project proposals, strategy decks, and internal communications.
  • Translating complex information into clear, visually engaging layouts.
  • Developing visual concepts in collaboration with designers and project teams.
  • Preparing final files for delivery, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Managing presentation assets, maintaining organised file structures and templates.
  • Applying feedback, making refinements, and continuously improving the quality of our presentations.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across 2D, 3D, CAD, Project Management, and Workshop teams to align presentation storytelling with project objectives.
  • Contributing ideas and helping strengthen how we communicate visually as a team.

Requirements:

  • Presentation design experience background in bringing clarity, structure, and visual finesse to a wide variety of communication materials.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for design and visual communication.
  • Strong eye for detail and pride in producing clean, considered work.
  • Confidence to ask questions and share ideas, even early in the process.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative, open approach and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
