Head of Bespoke Exhibitions Projects (Office Based), Leicestershire, Β£40-60k (DOE)
Successful Exhibition Design and Build company presently has a unique opportunity for an experienced Industry professional to join them as Head of Bespoke Exhibitions.
This is not your normal Project Management position as alongside managing project lifecycles you will also be given the opportunity to take ownership of Bespoke Exhibitions side, so if you are looking for more than just a pure project management position this could be for you.
The successful person will have the opportunity to take ownership and will be given the support to further develop the bespoke offerings.
Working in collaboration with the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for:
Leading/motivating a team, including appraisals and team development.
Assisting in setting goals and growth strategy.
Maintain and develop existing client relationships as well as handling new clients from initial brief through to final install.
Lead strategic development of the Bespoke side, identifying new opportunities, converting leads, and expanding continuing to expand the client portfolio through proactive engagement.
Liaise with the 3D design team to ensure client briefs are fully realised and transformed into eye-catching and functional exhibition stands.
Departmental budget management.
Oversee project lifecycles from enquiry to post-show review, with team support for project management tasks such as coordinating contractors, suppliers, and logistics.
Conduct post-show reviews and contractor evaluations to drive continuous improvement and optimise performance.
Requirements:
Prior experience in handling high-end exhibition stand projects or similar bespoke project management.
Proven business development, client relationship management and sales in exhibitions.
You will need to have a commercial acumen and be confident/comfortable in managing budgets and achieving agreed financial targets.
Team Management.
Confident in liaising on all levels clients, colleagues, stakeholders.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of technical drawings, joinery, production methods of temporary structures.
Willing and able to travel around the UK and Overseas (when required).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Experience using creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
