My client is an established and successful engineering / manufacturing client providing precision engineering services and manufacturing pressed components to a variety of industries.

Responsible for working in a safe and sensible manner, bringing to the attention of their supervisors any areas of concern.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and refurbishment of production tooling
  • CNC & Manual Turning and Milling
  • Maintaining and control of our press tool drawings
  • Controlling stock levels of press tool spares
  • Generating spares lists with the relevant controlled drawings ready for manufacture
  • Press tool design using company drawing package
  • Production support, as and when

Working hours are: 7-30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7-30 to 1pm Friday. 25 Holidays + Stats.

The successful candidate will have proven experience gained within a press toolmaking role, experienced in the operation of toolroom machinery (CNC and conventional milling and turning).
