My client is an established and growing manufacturing / engineering company producing high quality products for a number of customers across the UK.
Programming / setting and operating one old style CNC Lathe with 1 turret 1 spindle no live tooling. Conversational Fanuc programming at the machine.
Programming / setting and one Citizen BNA 2 turrets 2 spindles + live tooling. Wizard software on the laptop or at the machine long-hand programming (Fanuc).
The role is very much a ‘hands on’ position, you will be part of a small multi skilled team and with that the team move around areas to where the work is. They are hoping for a candidate who can bring outside experience to help make the CNC’s run more efficient and better.
This role may suit a CNC Setter / Operator who is looking to develop their programming skills. There will be an opportunity to integrate and get used to the machines and environment.
