Sales CoordinatorBirmingham£27-£29kHours: 08.30 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 1.30 Friday.
Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Birmingham. They have a friendly and supportive team, and this role would suit someone looking for a busy and challenging role with varied duties.
They specialise in design and manufacturing of components for a variety of industries including construction, aerospace and many other market sectors. They have a strong reputation for quality with an international client base.
Duties will include: -
General office administration duties.
Liaise with customers and deal with all queries.
Processing of orders and schedules.
Analyse, understand and monitor customer product demand.
Using various IT packages and customer web portals.
Accurately input and maintain customer data.
Liaise with all departments to ensure customer orders are met.
Support the external Sales team.
Essential Requirements: -
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Organised with great attention to detail.
A confident, friendly attitude.
Effective communicator.
Ability to work on own or as part of a team.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential.
You must currently reside in the United Kingdom and hold full right to work. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
