Hours: 08.30 - 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 1.30 Friday.
Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Birmingham. They have a friendly and supportive team, and this role would suit someone looking for a busy and challenging role with varied duties.
They specialise in design and manufacturing of components for a variety of industries including construction, aerospace and many other market sectors. They have a strong reputation for quality with an international client base.
Duties will include:
- Liaise with customers and deal with all queries.
- Processing of orders and schedules.
- Analyse, understand and monitor customer product demand.
- Using various IT packages and customer web portals.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure customer orders are met.
- Support the external Sales team.
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- A confident, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential.
You must be UK based and have full right to work in the UK.
