In this role, you will play a key part in driving HR excellence, executing critical HR initiatives and developing a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to leaders and employees with specific focus on: employee and union relations, employee engagement, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations.
- Provide people leaders with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns as required with HR specialists in the Centres of Excellence; navigates employees and managers to HR Services when it is the more appropriate resource.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence professionals to execute business-specific HR strategies.
- Develop positive relationships with Trade Union leadership and work collaboratively to solve problems and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide advice and counsel to leaders to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
- Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to other HR team members to support their growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement by engaging with lean methodologies, FLIGHT DECK at GE Aerospace, to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Lead site-wide HR projects, collaborating across multiple client groups to deliver impactful results.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited university or equivalent proven experience.
