We are looking for a Head Chef to run the kitchen at Rok in Mumbles. Rok is a busy, popular restaurant right above Bracelet Bay. We serve fresh, seasonal food with a focus on great quality ingredients.
We want someone who enjoys leading a team, is hands-on, and likes working with fresh produce. The role would suit a current Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
