We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Secret Beach Bar & Kitchen - one of Swansea’s busiest and most iconic beachfront venues. This is not a quiet kitchen. It’s high volume, high energy and full on service and we need someone who thrives in that environment.
You’ll be leading a large team, delivering fresh, quality food at speed, and ensuring standards never drop - even at peak times.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a large, fast-paced kitchen team through busy services
- Delivering fresh, consistent food at high volume
- Driving speed, organisation and structure across all sections
- Managing stock, GP and kitchen systems efficiently
- Training and developing your team to perform under pressure
- Working closely with senior management to keep standards high
