Key Duties

• Mix and serve drinks according to recipes

• Take customer orders and make recommendations

• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age

• Handle cash and card payments

• Maintain cleanliness of bar and work area

• Restock supplies and monitor inventory

• Follow health and safety regulations

• Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Skills & Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred

• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and cash-handling skills

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
