The Role:
A dynamic Head of People Partnering & People Operations to take them through their next stage of growth. You will be leading a team of 5, with 3 direct reports, and will be reporting into the VP People. This role will oversee the full organisation of 400+ employees and assist with growth plans. Operating in a player/coach role, you will help partner the Executive teams across Operations and Core Functions. The main stakeholder will be the COO and other members of the SLT. You will also be overseeing the People Operations team.
Key Challenges:
- Hyper-growth & talent strategy: expanding workforce by 100 in 2025, further 150 in 2026
- Building critical capabilities: Engineering growth & operational maturity
- Strong partnering and influencing ability: The COO is a key player and a seasoned ex CEO
- Culture & execution: The business is in need to embed recent initiatives and continue to improve on these, there is a great opportunity to be creative and innovative here
- Systems & automation: There are plans for AI/chatbot integration in 18 months—experience in ROI-focused tech rollouts preferred
- Process optimisation: Overhauling onboarding & internal mobility—ensuring hiring isn’t the only growth lever
- Leadership development: Strengthening leadership programs
- Talent movement: Collaborating with TA to create internal mobility pathways
- Driving performance across the organisation: Changing performance enablement process to be more pointed, implementing new career levelling
- Team development: Focus on coaching, up skilling and performance management of the PP and POPs team

- Partnering: Strong strategic partnering experience partnering C-suite and wider senior leadership teams
- Leadership: Strong leader and coach of the team
- People Operations: Someone with the ability to take charge of, implement and improve tech/processes and prove ROI
- Approach: Consultative, high-challenge, strong coach, resilient, impact driven, data led with experience in fast paced, hands-on scaling tech businesses essential
