Current Business Challenges

  • Expanding product base, building out and developing new capabilities

How This Role Will Drive Business Strategy

  • As they build operating leverage, they need an increased focus on cost, team structures and high-performance.
  • They are beginning to mature its culture, driving high performance management, establishing goals, and segmenting talent.
  • There will be some hiring to ensure the right capabilities for business growth and maturation and succession planning.

The Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the evolution their Reward strategy and People Operations function.
  • Reporting into the VP People, working closely with the Executive Team, and the Finance Director.
  • The VP People is hard-working, passionate, with high expectations and has transitioned the People team into a strategic function over her time there.
  • Working with 2 peers – Head of People Partnering and Head of TA.

The Focus

  • Owning the entire People Operations infrastructure (currently Hibob, Lever, CultureAmp & Zest), enhancing and optimising processes, tooling and systems and efficiency to ensure IPO readiness. You’ll ensure strong governance and data-driven insights through technology.
  • Developing a competitive rewards framework (they currently have equity for all), optimising compensation to enhance performance, engagement and retention through Variable Pay.
  • Managing pay reviews, salary benchmarking & benefits.
  • Leading a People Operations Team – a Manager, Generalist and a Coordinator.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Significant experience within Reward – must have implemented a bonus structure, led comp review cycles, conducted salary benchmarking & market analysis, and have experience presenting C&B data to senior leadership. You may not have led the design of Reward programmes, but you must have seen the design of programmes.
  • People Operations Experience- ideally have led a Systems Implementation, but must at least have a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle, HRIS and HR Tech, ad be an expert in data-driven decision making.
  • Must have a solid understanding of law, regulation and best practice.
  • A strong leader, with a proven track record of hiring, developing and retaining a team
  • Fast-paced, passionate, a great communicator and able to build relationships with senior leaders.
