Are you a collaborative Project Manager with hands-on experience of delivering technology and business change projects? Do you love to partner with business leaders to deliver new ways of working? Are you looking for accountability and real ownership in your next role? If this sounds like you, this could be a great next move!

Joining a top 20 law firm, you will work closely with business services teams to deliver change across people, process and technology. Whilst you will bring your extensive project toolkit to a varied portfolio of projects, initially your focus will be the delivery of additional SuccessFactors modules. Experience of this is a key requirement for this role.

Day to day you'll own the delivery plan, managing risks, issues and dependencies while handling resistance from senior stakeholders with confidence. You'll also be a real partner to the business, sharing strong examples of influencing at C-suite and Heads of level to drive projects forward.

In addition to your experience of SuccessFactors, you'll have a broad project and change toolkit and a track record of delivering across people, process and technology. This role takes ownership for the change and engagement of the projects you deliver, with a focus on adoption across the firm.

Experience in a legal or professional services environment would be a real bonus, but it's your energy, credibility and delivery track record that will set you apart. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the London office. All applications will receive a response.
