You will be the driving force behind the firm's strategic projects, ensuring they land with real impact, influencing senior stakeholders and building genuine commitment to change. You will bring both rigour and ambition, translating a long-term vision into frameworks, governance, and processes that actually work.

You'll be credible with senior partners and board-level stakeholders, capable of constructive challenge as well as collaborative delivery.

You bring clarity, pace, and a genuine belief that the way law firms operate can be fundamentally better. This is a rare opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a global institution — building the blueprint for how a modern law firm operates and setting the standard for others to follow.
