Leading the project and change management across the portfolio, you'll be focused on both delivery and adoption at this global law firm. You'll be working across the full project lifecycle, from scope and business case right through to delivery, sitting across risk and governance while also developing and executing the change and communications plan for roll out.
That means change impact assessments, identifying the right channels for different audiences, whether that's Teams, email or short-form video, and making sure people are genuinely brought along with the change rather than just informed about it. Stakeholder engagement is a big part of this role. You'll be managing expectations at a high level, working with senior stakeholders who have real influence over the programme, and navigating the complexity that comes with that.
The good news is that there is genuine top-down support for this work, which makes a meaningful difference when you're trying to land change across a firm. There's also a bigger opportunity here beyond the programme itself. This role gives you the chance to help shape what good project and change delivery looks like across the firm.
If you care about doing things well and want your work to have a lasting impact on how the function operates, that's worth paying attention to. The culture is inclusive and collaborative, with real ownership encouraged at every level. You'll be trusted to get on with it, supported when you need it, and given the space to show what you're capable of.
We're looking for someone with a genuine track record of delivering both the project and the change, not one or the other. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
Hybrid role with 2 days in the London office. Day rate contract. All applicants receive a response.
