You'll be joining a team of change communications specialists at a global law firm, working across a portfolio of projects.
The firm is going through a busy period of change, with projects spanning IT implementation, AI adoption, workplace culture and new ways of working.
You'll have the opportunity to work across different types of change and tailor your communications approach depending on the audience and the project.
The team is genuinely collaborative and they care about doing good work.
The firm is forward-thinking too, with leadership that understands the value of good change communications and gives the team the opportunity to make an impact.
You'll work across multiple channels, including Teams, email and short-form video, with plenty of scope to bring your own ideas to how communications are delivered.
Experience of delivering change communications within a partnership environment will be important here.
We're looking for Change Communications Managers who understand that working in a professional services environment is about more than delivering a communications plan.
You need to understand your audience, build credibility with senior stakeholders and be comfortable working with people who have significant influence and autonomy.
Law firm experience would be ideal, but we're also open to people from other professional services organisations, particularly those who have worked on internal change and understand the dynamics of this type of environment.
You'll also need to be comfortable working across a portfolio of projects.
Priorities can shift quickly, so being able to re-focus, manage competing demands and stay calm when plans change is important.
If you're looking for a role where you can work across different types of change, have a genuine opportunity to shape communications and be part of a strong specialist team, we'd love to hear from you.
