Joining the newly established Innovation Team and supporting the Innovation Manager, you'll work across practice groups to build, configure, and support technology solutions.
You'll bring experience in building and configuring technology and AI solutions, including Copilot, CoCounsel, and Power Automate. Working closely with lawyers and partners across the firm, you'll help design and refine workflows, build agent capabilities, and support implementation through practical use cases.
You'll showcase your curiosity. Asking the right questions and always looking for ways to improve how things are done. You'll be an ambassador for the team, navigating challenging stakeholder conversations with credibility, while prioritising requirements effectively.
You'll also have the opportunity to expand your skills and experience as the role and function grow. This is a role with no fixed career path, but instead offers endless potential for development.
