Working in a partnership, you'll engage with fee earners across the firm to deliver a wide range of digital solutions, helping to improve ways of working and aligning with their digital strategy.

You'll have a track record in delivering effective digital change, demonstrating the value change can truly add and confidently be able to showcase successful case studies from throughout your career.

Your curiosity will be what sets you apart, really understanding your audience and tailoring your approach to meet the needs of the diverse teams and individual stakeholders across the firm.

Passionate about AI tools and products, you'll understand how to highlight the benefits of new solutions to the business, helping overcome resistance and uncertainty to create an engaging user experience.

This role is looking for someone with previous experience of working in professional services, delivering change to a fee earning community.
