Working on a high-profile business services transformation programme, you will be part of a collaborative change team to deliver outstanding change and communication to the firm. Your previous experience delivering change in a fee earning environment and your ability to tailor your communication style and approach to each business function or practice group will be key to this role.
You will be joining the wider change team at implementation phase, bringing examples of how you have navigated similar programmes and experience of overcoming resistance and challenge. The programme is far-reaching and covers a wide variety of change across people, process and technology.
You will bring innovative engagement with stakeholders at all levels up to C-suite and Managing Partner as well as fee earners and business services groups. If this sounds like your ideal next contract, we would love to hear from you.
