You will be joining a team of change communications specialists at a global law firm, working across the portfolio of projects. Supporting them through a busy period of change, you may be working on an IT implementation one day and the next you are shaping communications around AI adoption or a workplace culture shift. The variety is real, and it keeps the work interesting.

The portfolio covers a range of change projects including technology, AI adoption, and workplace change communications around behaviour, culture and new ways of working. One thing that will really set you apart here is experience of communicating with lawyers. We are looking for change communications managers who have worked in a law firm or professional services environment and know how to capture the attention of stakeholders in this environment.
