Are you a Business Analyst with experience of Workday implementations? Do you love to bridge the gap between HR and technology? Are you curious in nature with a passion for problem-solving? If this sounds like you then this could be a great next role! Working with the global Workday programme team, you’ll lead the BA function to elicit the high-level and low-level requirements for the new Workday platform. You’ll bring your curious nature and excellent stakeholder engagement skills to map out the existing processes across the HR function and create the AS-IS before using your BA toolkit to facilitate workshops and create user stories to establish the TO-BE. Key to this role is the ability to balance the requirements of the end users with the technology function, understanding their needs and finding solutions to ways of working to deliver a sustainable tool for the future. You’ll be given autonomy and ownership whilst working in a collaborative team. It’s a high-profile programme and a great opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across this global firm. You will need to have a strong working knowledge of Workday along with experience of Business Analysis to deliver this role. This is initially a 12 month FTC with a hybrid working model, based in London.
