We are currently hiring for an experienced Purchasing / FM Services Estimator for an established Facilities Management Company based in the West Midlands. This role will suit someone with experience in a similar position with the technical knowledge of facilities management being essential. It would be particularly advantageous for the successful candidate to possess demonstrable skills and experience with estimating/quoting repair/installation jobs involving a variety of disciplines (incl. plumbing, flooring, roofing, general building fabric, air conditioning, electricals and gas).
Supporting the Operational teams taking on the role of Small Works Estimator producing quotations for PPM and reactive works.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of client cost estimates for day to day and small works projects within the building services industry, including but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Fabric and Plumbing, based on specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain relationships with the wider teams to ensure optimum service delivery.
