We’re now looking for a skilled and motivated Seasonal Bar Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Guests dine at a beautiful bar, where they can watch our chefs at work. Our front‑of‑house team delivers service around the bar, creating an energetic, engaging and uniquely enjoyable dining experience. What you’ll be doing:
- Producing and serving food directly to our guests on the seafood bar.
- Interacting with our guests and fulfilling their experience on the bar.
- Running your section efficiently and consistently during service.
- Preparing and cooking dishes to specification and brand standards.
- Working with fresh, high‑quality ingredients, with a focus on seafood.
- Supporting and mentoring commis chefs and junior team members.
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes and ensure smooth service.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
- A passion for food and attention to detail.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy kitchen and bar restaurant.
- Great organisational skills and pride in your section.
