The Sea View Trust is seeking an exceptional Trust Estates Lead to take forward our ambitious estates strategy across a growing family of schools. This is a new role and a unique opportunity to shape safe, inspiring, and future-ready learning environments across Blackpool and Lancashire.

As a Trust, we are entering an exciting phase of growth, including one school within the DfE School Rebuilding Programme, the planning and creation of two new free schools in Blackpool, and a number of additional expansion projects currently in development.

About the Role

As Trust Estates Lead, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring our sites are safe, compliant, and fit for the future. You will:

  • Lead the strategic development and delivery of the Trust’s estates function
  • Oversee capital projects from a Trust perspective
  • Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety, and site security
  • Drive consistency and best practice across all Trust sites
  • Support due diligence for new schools joining the Trust
  • Oversee and develop the use of the Trust's CAFM system (iAM Compliant)
  • Contribute to Trust-wide improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Coach and support teams to deliver high performance and accountability

This is a multi-site role requiring regular presence across our academies/college and flexibility in how you work.

  • Strong estates or facilities management experience (ideally across multiple sites)
  • A deep understanding of compliance, health & safety, and risk management
  • Experience of leading teams and driving performance
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver operationally
  • The ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams
