Valley College in Blackpool is seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learners with complex needs under the direction of qualified teachers. You will help plan, deliver and evaluate learning, including independent delivery of agreed programmes where appropriate, ensuring alignment with curriculum and inclusion.
Based on our specialist setting, you will promote inclusion, engagement and progress, work with therapists and pastoral teams, monitor progress, and maintain high standards.
