National Records of Scotland (NRS) is seeking a Customer Services Officer to help advise and support customers in accessing information, records and historical archives. The role is on-site, involves one-to-one assistance, family history research support, and handling public registration records and inquiries.

You will work in a team within the Customer Services, Operations and Archives Directorate, with full training provided and a focus on delivering a quality service while adhering to.
