The Scottish Government, within SASA's Potato, Virology & Zoology Branch in Edinburgh, invites applications for a Modern Apprentice to begin a career in plant science. You will learn microbiological, molecular and immunological techniques while supporting potato pathogen diagnostics as part of the SPCS and Plant Health Regulations.
Working 35 hours per week, on-site at SASA, Roddinglaw Road, Edinburgh, you will receive hands-on training toward an SCQF qualification in Laboratory Techniques.
