THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT

The Scottish Government is recruiting two four-year fixed-term Social Researcher roles within the Census 2031 Collection Instruments team. You will lead on topic areas, coordinate input from external contractors, and work with statisticians, policy and communications teams to underpin evidence‑informed policy making.

These roles offer opportunities to develop quantitative and qualitative skills, engage with parliamentary processes, and gain insight into Scotland’s data collection.
