The Role: As a hotel porter, the right candidate will be responsible for providing a high and professional level of customer service at all times. Duties will include:

  • Escort guests to their rooms, showing them the facilities inside the room (light switches, heating control, TV’s, etc).
  • Assist customers with their luggage as well as deliver their luggage for early arrivals.
  • Be responsible for storing guest luggage on check out and tagging it correctly.
  • Ensure all customers have the best possible experience by attending to every need required by the customer.
  • Directing guests and answering all queries to ensure guests feel welcome and looked after during their stay.

The Person: Must have experience within hospitality or a customer service environment.
