Position Summary: As the Front of House Manager at The Scotsman Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing guest experiences at Scotland’s most iconic and luxurious heritage hotels. You'll lead the Front of House team, including the Concierge & Reception Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious hotel where your leadership and guest service skills will shine.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have:
- A great "can do" approach to customer service
- A friendly approach to everyone who you come in contact with.
- Comfortable motivating and leading a team
- The ability to work independently with great problem solving skills.
- Currently employed in a luxury hotel Front of House position
- Excellent presentation and professional approach
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team
- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
- Opera Cloud knowledge is a definite advantage
- Experience in a similar management role and experience with computerised reservations, particularly Opera, would be advantageous.
