The Role: As a Hotel Duty Manager, your role will involve:
- Be the friendly, confident face behind our reception desk
- Offer our guests a warm, intuitive, and personalised greeting
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs
- Work closely with all departments to create a seamless and unique experience for our guests
- Provide training and support for the front desk team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
The ideal candidate will have:
