The Role: As an Assistant Revenue Manager, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing group bookings for hotels, maintaining group rates, and following up on enquiries to ensure conversion. Maintaining knowledge of departmental policies, services, procedures, and standards. Familiarity with hotel facilities, guest room layouts, bed types, decor, room availability, rates, packages, upselling, agent relationships, billing conditions, and cross-selling opportunities in Edinburgh venues. Proficiency in Opera PMS, Channel Manager, Booking button, and third-party/FIT extranets. Building and maintaining good relationships with agents. Analyzing booking trends and competitor rates.
