We are looking for an Events Specialist who can plan and execute events end-to-end. The ideal candidate will lead our event execution and collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to create successful events. Candidates with experience in running events within the education sector will be preferred. The Events Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work 5 weekdays in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including face-to-face and virtual owned events, external/sponsored trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, budgeting, registration, and catering.
  • Manage and create marketing collateral (social media, email, event landing pages) to promote events and increase registration and attendance.
  • Develop and implement event conversion strategies to encourage sign-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external speakers to ensure event success.
  • Measure, review, and report on event success and gather feedback.
  • Identify and pursue event partnership and speaking opportunities.
