What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO, PPC, partnerships).
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Oversee content strategy and brand messaging.
- Manage and inspire our marketing assistant, videographers, and freelancers.
- Deliver projects such as course launches, promotions, and events.
- 5+ years in senior-level marketing roles.
- Proven success with Meta & Google Ads, scaling campaigns to hit ROAS/KPI targets.
- Strong in SEO, analytics, and website optimisation.
- Skilled in email automation and social media campaigns.
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and ambitious.
- Bonus: a passion for photography, education, or creative industries.
What We Offer
- £35,000–£45,000 base salary + OTE up to £63,000.
