What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO, PPC, partnerships).
  • Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Oversee content strategy and brand messaging.
  • Manage and inspire our marketing assistant, videographers, and freelancers.
  • Deliver projects such as course launches, promotions, and events.
  • 5+ years in senior-level marketing roles.
  • Proven success with Meta & Google Ads, scaling campaigns to hit ROAS/KPI targets.
  • Strong in SEO, analytics, and website optimisation.
  • Skilled in email automation and social media campaigns.
  • Commercially minded, data-driven, and ambitious.
  • Bonus: a passion for photography, education, or creative industries.

What We Offer

  • £35,000–£45,000 base salary + OTE up to £63,000.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
