Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, the Partnerships Marketing Manager will be responsible for engaging with third-party partners and retailers to create demand and drive awareness of all TSOL direct to customer products and services – Books and Products, Therapy and Subscription. The successful candidate will plan and execute innovative, commercially focused, multi channel campaigns and events that engage retailers, distributors and customers with our physical and digital content, and services.
- Identify and engage brand-aligned partners to work alongside to create demand and awareness of TSOL content and services
- Plan and deliver in-person and online events to engage the end customer with the TSOL brand, content and services
- Work alongside global book distributors to create and distribute marketing materials to support retailers consumer facing activities (including POS materials, window displays, promotions)
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to improve ROAS and achieve KPIs
- Brief visual assets and email campaigns to support partnership engagement activities to relevant teams
- Proactively pursuing new marketing opportunities, new ways of reaching audiences and spotting commercial opportunities to increase sales through commercial partnerships and events
- Engage and direct external PR agencies for high-profile campaigns, as well as directly pitching for press coverage for TSOL content and services
- Work alongside Growth Manager and TSOL At Work team to maximise revenue opportunities from subscribers and corporate clients

Experience
A minimum of 5 years marketing or publicity experience, in publishing or content businesses / Experience of working with and managing third-parties to reach new audiences / Experience marketing physical and digital products and services / A good level of copywriting ability to be able to confidently deliver a written message / Understanding of content performance metrics and ability to use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions / Strong project and stakeholder management skills/ Events experience beneficial
