Your main responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement technical training programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Produce training schedules and classroom agendas.
  • Develop engaging course content and prepare training materials.
  • Lead training sessions, webinars, workshops and on-site training.
  • Monitor and report on training progress, attendance and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and support certification programs.
  • Collaborate on safety inspections and specialized training programs.
  • Support the UK NVQ program.
  • Mentor and support our field apprentices.
  • Liaise with external training providers and LEIA.

  • Experienced in developing and delivering training materials.

Core Competencies:

  • Full driving license required.
  • Proven experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
  • Experienced in both Construction and Maintenance/Service/Repair.
  • Flexible and prepared to travel, including overnight stays.
