As a Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in telling that story - crafting content that feels native to social platforms, educating on fragrance in a fun, relatable way, and bringing our brand to life through your creative voice and camera presence.
The Role: We’re looking for a confident, creative, and camera-ready Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, especially TikTok. You’ll play a key role in creating native, thumb-stopping content that feels fresh, fun, and fully on-brand. From UGC-style videos to hosting live streams and editing Reels, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team shaping how our brand shows up online.
Responsibilities:
- UGC Content Creation
- Create natural, scroll-stopping videos that engage with the audience
- Film on-brand UGC, B-roll and polished campaign content, both self-shot and by coordinating with others
- Capture behind the scenes content and be the face of the brand, filming content for new product launches and campaigns
- Be comfortable talking to the camera
- Edit video content for Reels and TikTok
- Be part of brainstorms for campaign ideas and new content trends
- Stay on top of trends and proactively bring new, creative ideas to the table
TikTok Lives:
- Host live shopping and community chats
- Bring energy, personality, and authenticity to every video / live
- Talk confidently about the brand and products
- Drive engagement, conversions, and community vibes
- Work alongside our marketing team to plan compelling live segments
General:
- Write engaging short-form copy for social posts and captions
- Work with our Content Manager to organise content calendars, posting schedules, and campaigns
- Collaborate with external creators when needed
- Monitor content performance and evolve strategy based on what works
- Assist content manager when needed
- Work with the Head of Creative to make visual assets when needed
The Ideal candidate:
- Proven experience on creating content and hosting TikTok or IG Live
- Experience using Capcut and Canva
- Have good knowledge of our brand and the fragrance industry
- A confident, on-camera presence with a naturally warm and engaging energy
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- A genuine passion for social media, brand discovery, and content creation
- Creative, adaptable, and in tune with TikTok trends, hooks, and formats
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others
