Overview
As our Valet Host at Scarlet, Cornwall's iconic adults-only hotel, you’ll be one of the first and last people guests meet.
Deliver five-star service, warm hospitality and a seamless arrival and departure experience that reflects the warmth, care and understated luxury Scarlet is known for.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality.
- Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
- Assisting with luggage and escorting guests to Reception.
- Supporting electric vehicle charging and vehicle preparation for departures.
- Providing local recommendations and sharing knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area.
- Maintaining immaculate arrival areas and valet spaces.
- Working closely with Reception, Housekeeping and Guest Experience teams.
- Supporting colleagues across the hotel to ensure exceptional guest journeys.
- Creating luxury experiences through thoughtful, personalised service.

- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
- A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others.
- A confident driver with a full, clean UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge, guest experience or luxury environments is advantageous but not essential.
